About the Role – Key Responsibilities

This is a rare opportunity to join a high growth startup as one of the initial dedicated new business growth employees. You’ll have the opportunity to take an innovative, customer endorsed, high impact hardware/software solution to a green fields market with direct support from the founders.

In this role you will:

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and relay objection handling
  • Identify and pro-actively seek sales leads and opportunities nationally
  • Build and nurture the sales pipeline in order to meet and exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets
  • Work directly with the founders and product team to identify, test and refine key product offerings to take to market
  • Take ownership of suggesting & supporting sales and go to market process improvements
  • Prepare professional, complete and concise proposals, booking packages, and other documentation as required for executive-level presentations
  • Achieve sales goals by assessing prospect needs and following a defined selling process with potential buyers, often utilising product demos and presentations
  • Attend sales opportunity events, such as conferences, nationally as required.
About You – Skills & Experience

 You’ll love this role if you have:

  • 3+ years B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Proven ability to meet and exceed targets
  • Proven new business and account management experience growing a B2B customer base in competitive markets
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organisational skills
  • Proficiency with sales management software and CRM
  • Experience selling technology to the education and/or healthcare sectors preferrable.
  • Tertiary qualifications well-regarded but not essential

  • Business Acumen – Understanding the commercial drivers within LoopLearn and identifying new commercial product opportunities, the ability to navigate decision makers in increasingly large organisations and execute a strategy are key success factors.
  • Sales Process Expertise – A true ability to win new business, from prospecting to implementation.
  • Prioritisation and Time Management – Deadlines, customer demands and changing priorities are an everyday challenge at an agile and dynamic organisation like LoopLearn.
  • Relationship Savvy – The ability to network, build rapport and develop working relationships quickly is a necessity in this role.
