About the Role – Key Responsibilities

You will be the first dedicated marketing resource to join the LoopLearn team. You will work directly with the founders to devise and execute on marketing strategies, set and exceed marketing generated revenue targets, and lead the company’s marketing efforts with a level of autonomy and accountability that you thrive on.

LoopLearn has a well-established customer base in the Aged Care and Education markets. You will play a key role in driving the company’s next stage of growth with an initial focus on establishing LoopLearn as the pre-eminent entry management solution for these industries.

What you’ll do:

  • Study LoopLearn products and translate features into benefits for the user
  • Follow and analyse market trends and competing products to effectively position LoopLearn’s value proposition and feature differentiation.
  • Recruit and oversee marketing freelance resources as required to execute marketing strategies (e.g. design, content, creative, social)
  • Craft compelling messages and oversee content creation and execution for a range of marketing channels, (website, hard copy brochures, case studies, landing pages, blog posts, ad campaigns)
  • Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry associations, re-sellers and technology partners to identify cross marketing opportunities
  • Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns and projects, gain insight and assess against goals
  • Provide re-seller and internal sales support, enablement, and collateral development
About You – Skills & Experience
  • 5+ years experience in product marketing, content marketing or similar role
  • Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online B2B marketing and measurement
  • Experience with health and/or education markets is a plus
  • Background in design and copywriting is a plus
  • Proven experience in devising and delivering marketing projects/campaigns and successfully managing project resources and stakeholders.
  • Working knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g Google Analytics, Hubspot)
  • Keen eye for detail
  • Creativity
  • A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and impactful communication
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team to meet goals
  • Have an innate drive for continual learning and improvement
